If jewelry is stretched or damaged by misuse, a re-weld fee applies

If you need to remove it, cut at the weld point and save your chainwe'll reattach or turn it into a classic bracelet.

1. I have acknowledged that fine permanent jewelry chain will stretch or break if not cared for. All Sales Are Final.
2. Once the chain is cut it cannot be returned, we can't resell used & custom sized chain.
3. if we find that the customer stretched the permanent jewelry themselves, we will not be able to offer a free repair within 30 days. In this case, the customer would be responsible for the full cost of the repair, which is $30.
