Elvira Bill
Elvira Bill is full-blooded Navajo from Twin Lakes, New Mexico, the youngest of three children. Her father Emerson and mother Nora taught her the art of stamping, silversmithing and repousse.
Elvira served as a US Army OR Technician at Fort Carson, Colorado for six years before returning to the reservation. She began to craft jewelry again, and has one daughter, Pursha.
